Can I return my purchase?

Yes, within 8 days of purchase you can return your product to us at no cost and get a refund. Please make sure it is unused and in the original packaging.

What can I do if I received my product broken or incomplete?

Please contact us and we will send you the missing component(s) immediately.

How long will it take before I receive my refund?

A refund will be in your bank account within 2 to 3 weeks after we have received your product. You will be informed of the progress of the refund process by e-mail.

What is not covered by the 2-year warranty?

Physical damage like pressure, moist or impact damage is unfortunately not covered by the manufacturer warranty. If you return a device with any of these signs, you will receive a quotation for the costs. You can also choose for the option of having the damaged product returned unrepaired to you. When you decide to do so, there will be a charge of € 29,95 research costs.

I’ve lost my receipt; can I still claim warranty?

You can contact our customer service team and present a bank statement. We will find the missing receipt. With the new receipt, you can either go to one of our stores or sent the product to us. You cannot present a bank statement in the shop.

What will happen with the data on my device when I send it in for repair?

Data or software stored on the product may be lost during repair. Capi is not obliged to secure any data or software on the product and has no liability in this respect. You must ensure that such files have been carefully secured before the start of the repair.

When can I send in my Apple device for repair?

Apple devices must be unlocked and removed from the ‘find my iPhone’ account in iTunes. The user will always have to remove ‘Find my iPhone/iPad’ before the unit can be repaired. You are also personally responsible and liable for restoring the personal files like photo’s after the repair.

How long will it take for my product to be repaired?

The repair of most products will take 4 to 6 weeks.

The health and well-being of our customers and employees has our highest priority. Therefore, we take the safety measures imposed by the local governments very seriously. Our employees are obligated to take these measures into account and wear the necessary safety equipment, such as gloves and face masks, when imposed by the government.


We ask all of our customers and employees to take the local social distancing rules into account.  Furthermore, customers are asked to pay by card as much as possible. Our equipment and products in store are cleaned on a regular basis to ensure safe shopping environment.
