Are the Capi stores open?

Due to COVID-19, many of our stores have been temporarily closed. At this moment, we have reopened a number of our stores with adjusted opening hours. For up to date information on shops openings and opening hours, please contact us through service@capi.com.

What measures does Capi take to ensure a safe shopping environment?

It is important to mention that the health and wellbeing of our customers and employees has our highest priority. Therefore, we take the safety measures imposed by the local governments very seriously. Our employees are obligated to take these measures into account and wear the necessary safety equipment, such as gloves and face masks, when imposed by the government.

 

We ask all of our customers and employees to take the local social distancing rules into account. We have marked the store floors to remind our staff and customers and request them to keep distance.

 

We offer customers hand sanitizer at the entrance of the store, as well as on the tables and at the cash register. Our employees are requested to wash their hands frequently.

 

If local regulations and measures recommend plastic screens, we place them near the cash registers. Furthermore, customers are requested to pay by card as much as possible. Our equipment and products in store are cleaned on a regular basis and when trying on one of our demo models, an employee will clean this for our customers.
