You have recently completed a Financial study and want to start your career within an international organization. If you already have financial working experience, we are looking for a maximum of one year. Off course, you can have plenty of experience in any position where you need to be driven, self-learning and ambitious. You work result-oriented and accurate and you have strong analytical skills. You are ambitious and you are not afraid to take initiative. You feel at home in an international, dynamic environment and are fluent in Dutch, as well as being able to speak English on a professional level.
As a Junior Business Controller you will help our Business Controllers with their responsibility for various business units, the monthly and annual closing of these units and the preparation of business reports. After a while, you will become responsible for your own business units. You learn to indicate and analyse business risks and you are precise in guaranteeing the correctness and completeness of the figures.
- 0 to 1 year of work experience;
- Strong analytical skills;
- A completed Financial study;
- Ambitious mindset, not afraid to take initiative;
- Proficiency in the Dutch and English language.

You will work in our Finance department within B&S Retail in Hoofddorp. The Finance department consists of ten employees with young and ambitious people. The department is divided into three areas: Financial Administration, Business Control and Financial Control.
