Reach your full potential as a Sales Support (Chinese/Mandarin Speaker)
You are the link between your commercial team, our customers and our logistics department. As Sales Support, you are responsible for the operational process and related administrative tasks of our trade. For example, you prepare proformas and quotations, process orders, make margin calculations and keep a close eye on in- and outgoing payments. Besides your commercial side, you have an interest for logistics, as you will be planning the transport of the products in collaboration with our logistics department. You will deal with clients in different time zones and languages. Most of the communication will be in English, but in this specific case you are dealing with Chinese/Mandarin-speaking customers as well. Furthermore, you work on a daily basis with our ERP-system, which you will have mastered in no time. You cooperate closely with your sales colleagues, keeping each other informed about the price differences and developments in the market.

- recently completed a degree at a university, college or higher-education level;
- enjoy taking a supportive role in a fast-growing, commercial environment;
- have experience in working with Excel and you would like to develop your Excel skills;
- have a good command of the Mandarin and English language in speaking and writing. If you have a good command of Dutch as well, that would be an advantage.
