Reach your full potential as a Sales Support (Chinese/Mandarin Speaker)

You are the link between your commercial team, our customers and our logistics department. As Sales Support, you are responsible for a smooth the operational process and the related administrative tasks of our trade. For example, you prepare proformas and quotations, process orders, make margin calculations, and ensure that payments are received. Besides your commercial role, you like to plan the transport of the products in collaboration with our logistics department. Also, you are dealing with Chinese/Mandarin-speaking customers. This means you work in different time zones. You are eager enough to figure this all out. Furthermore, you work on a daily basis with our ERP-system, which you have mastered in no time of course. You cooperate closely with your sales colleagues. You keep each other informed about the price differences and developments in the market.

Your family and friends describe you as accurate, eager, organized and proactive. You are always prepared and thinking ahead. That is why you are never behind, but always right on track. You use creative problem-solving in case it is needed. Even when the situation is difficult, you know how to manage expectations.

You:

  • recently completed a degree at university, college or higher-education level;
  • enjoy taking a supportive role in a fast-growing, commercial environment;
  • prefer working with Excel and you would like to develop your Excel skills;
  • have a good command of the Mandarin and English language in speaking and writing. If you have a good  command of Dutch as well, that would be an advantage.
