Reach your full potential as Sales Manager Beauty

As a Sales Manager of Beauty, you will join the international sales team, where you will be in full charge of the duty-free beauty products category. You are responsible for the entire sales process from A to Z within Beauty's product category. This includes selling and positioning the services of B&S, maintaining and building relationships and networks, the before and after care of customer orders and supplier management. How you run your customer, and product database is really up to you. We even expect you to take the initiative and make the position your own. On top of that, you get to work with the most beautiful beauty brands like Dior, Yves Saint Lauren and Chanel!

Your direct customers are airlines, cruise ships and military bases that you supply with our duty-free products. You know how to build the right networks and lasting relationships within these client groups, you do this with a lot of passion, and you know how to communicate this passion well.

This is you

You have a love for the Sales profession. You get energy from convincing people and enjoy sharing your passion for beauty products with others. You work in a structured manner and know how to keep track of the administrative tasks involved in customer orders' pre-and post-sales care. With your analytical skills, you know how to master our systems quickly. In addition, you are a natural entrepreneur and dare to take the lead. Bring on all those opportunities and ambitions!


  • have a completed higher vocational education in the commercial field;
  • have at least two years of experience in sales;
  • have an affinity with beauty products;
  • are willing to visit customers abroad;
  • live within an hour's travel distance from our office in Dordrecht;
  • prefer to work with your team at the office rather than alone at home;
  • have a good command of the English language. Other languages such as French or Spanish are an advantage;
