Reach your full potential as a Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will become part of our Signature Beauty Marketing Team. You will be responsible for bringing the final product on the market in time and complete. From day one, you will manage your own brand portfolio from A to Z.You will prepare, support and put in place the product marketing & trade strategy of all the brands you’re responsible for. This is to accomplish the business unit’s objectives fixed in market share, turnover and margins.

As a Product Manager, you will:

  • execute the brand & product portfolio strategic plan annually. This per country and per retailer.
  • lead, innovate and create new product strategies applicable and assure the right brand-retailer-market combinations.
  • have full ownership over advertisement & promotions and over Marketing P&L monthly and annually.
  • take the lead in launch management, forecasting & purchasing & demand planning and stock management.
  • lead and set up annual marketing- and retailer development plans and initiate new proposals of distribution types and go-to-markets/ channels.
  • develop, coordinate and supervise the launch & trade calendar.
  • analyse sales per brand and initiate activities to increase Market Share.
  • prepare and manage trade/ launch meetings (communication of marketing plans and priorities).
  • support in maximum visibility and make sure of optimal availability of product assets.
  • make a monthly analysis of sell-in on the brand & retailer level and sell-out analysis regarding Market share, Pricing, Distribution and Competition.

This is you

As Product Brand Manager, you are part of a multidisciplinary marketing team. Within it, you are responsible for the growth of your brands. And all the (analytical) insights you gather, make sure you’ll make the right decisions and strategies, from budget creation, brand management and trade media campaigns, to ensure that brand equity will develop.

You are an ambitious person with strong determination and belief. You're not afraid to take a risk and challenge your team, yourself and our retailers. In addition, you like managing complexity and are open-minded to initiate new ways of working. Due to your entrepreneurial mindset, you are willing to go the extra mile and make a difference!

You

  • have a Bachelor’s or Master degree and experience in a relevant field;
  • have at least 3-5 years of working experience in product management;
  • have an affinity with perfume and cosmetics;
  • have experience with fast and effective internal and external stakeholder management;
  • have a broad understanding of Brand Management, Digital, Category Management, E-Commerce and Sales;
  • have a good command of the Dutch and English language in speaking and writing.
