Would you like to play an important role in our Purchasing department? Stocks are an essential part of our business. Either too many or too few stocks could cause a problem. You ensure optimal stock levels. In the role of Operational Purchaser, you’re resnsible for your range of products. You make sure that products from our product range are continuously available.

Reach your full potential as an Operational Purchaser

As an Operational Purchaser, you are responsible for monitoring and signalling our stocks daily. You know when to order, in which quantities, and you take products' expiration dates and sales fluctuations into account. For the previously ordered products, you monitor stock levels and expiration dates, preventing out-of-stock situations in current stocks.

Communication in this position is key. Internal with our employees, as with our external suppliers. This means well informing our Purchasers, Stock Control Managers, Logistics and Sales in time. You work closely together with our Finance department to discuss billings and payments. Externally, you contact suppliers about current orders, the availability of products and developments within the product segment.

You have strong communication and social skills. This will lead to maintaining good relationships with our suppliers. Also, you work in a structured and accurate way. You process orders that belong to your product range, and you take care of accurate administration. Besides this, you continually seek to improve processes within your product range, the Purchasing department or within the organization. You strive for perfection every day. This position allows you to combine your communicational and service-minded skills with analytical skills since you oversee the administrative closing process.


  • recently completed a secondary vocational education in a commercial/administrative direction;
  • are prepared to be firm, and you have excellent communication skills;
  • are analytical skilled. Planning and organizing is your natural habitat;
  • get energy from working in a dynamic environment;
  • have a good command of the Dutch and English language in speaking and writing.
