As a Marketing Coordinator, you are familiar with the technical side of artwork and printing (specifications, paper sizes, quality, etc.). You keep an overview of different projects and always aim for the most productive and efficient methods.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you know that retail is in detail, and you are responsible for the marketing execution of our retail loyalty campaigns. You will be part of a small but impactful team where no two days are alike. Your main responsibility will be managing the artwork development and POSM print production processes for our clients, the world’s leading fuel and supermarket retailers. You work closely with the Loyalty Program Manager in translating clients’ briefings into high-impact communication materials for their retail stores. Using your stellar communication and trouble-shooting skills, you are in direct contact with our designers and print partners, taking care of all briefings and follow-ups while maintaining a high level of quality.

Your main tasks:

  • Briefing and supervising our network of creative service providers (designers, printers, etc.); 
  • Implementing communication and activation plans in support of our loyalty campaigns;
  • Controlling the accuracy and quality of communication content and materials, including checking print proofs and proof-reading texts;
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders with the confidence to push back when necessary;
  • Updating and maintaining website content related to our product assortment, such as product pricing, images and promotional materials, in collaboration with the web developer;
  • Executing effective processes, working to deliver timelines, content creation and quality;
  • Securing and comparing cost estimates and proposals for new projects with consideration for cost savings;
  • Supporting the loyalty team in daily administrative tasks such as sample requests, keeping updated on market trends and ad-hoc desk research.

You:

  • have knowledge and equivalent ability at an academic level in Marketing or Communications;
  • have at least 3 years of working experience in a marketing or traffic coordinator role, preferably within a retail, FMCG or loyalty organization;
  • are experienced in e-commerce websites (benefit);
  • have experience with InDesign and PhotoShop (huge plus);
  • are determined, but also a flexible worker;
  • have planning and traffic management skills;
  • have a positive can-do-will-do attitude;
  • have excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • have a good command of the Dutch and English language in speaking and writing.
