Capi nominated for 2012 DFNI Global Award for Travel Retail Excellence
Capi, the market leader in electronic retail at international airports, has been short-listed for the 2012 DFNI Global Awards for Travel Retail Excellence, in the Best New Shop Opening category for Capi’s shop at Frankfurt airport.
Industry professionals nominated Capi’s new shop at Frankfurt’s B-Transit, which opened on February 15 as one of the four best new shop openings of 2011. The 154-square metre shop is branded in line with Capi’s award-winning shop concept - The Travellers Electronics Company.
Other nominees in the Best New Shop Opening category are Korean Air for their A380 in-flight shop, LS Travel Retail ASPAC for the So Chocolate shop at Singapore Changi airport and Nuance Group for the Walkthrough at Zürich airport.
The award winners will be announced at the DFNI Charity Ball in London, on 20 April 2012.
