Welcome to the Capi Customer Service department. We will handle all service related issues for all countries where we are located, to ensure that any problems are resolved quickly, efficiently and to our customers satisfaction.
Capi offers a worldwide, two-year guarantee on all products purchased at one of its stores. In case of product malfunction, Capi's Customer Services department will assist with repairs or product replacement. Please make sure you keep your receipt.
Defective items can either be sent to our customer service department returned to one of the Capi stores. If you return an item for repair in one of our shops, please do not forget to bring your purchase receipt.
